Returns

What is your returns policy?

We hope that you enjoyed your experience buying our products. But if not, please continue reading below know more about returns and exchanges.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in a securely sealed package.

Items on sale cannot be returned.

Please note that the cost of the return label provided at the time of a return request will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your return total.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I return an item 30 days after delivery?

Items cannot be returned after 30 days from the date of delivery. Please refer to our ‘Returns Policy’ for further information on returns. 

Can I return an item that was on sale?

Items on sale are not eligible for returns.

How long does it take to receive the refunded amount?

The refund amount will be deposited to your bank account within 8-10 business days. If you
do not receive a refund even after 10 business days, please contact us at hello@monsoon-breeze.com

Shipping and Orders

How do I track my order?

Please find the tracking number provided with the shipping confirmation directly emailed to you. If you did not receive this email from us, please contact us at hello@monsoon-breeze.com.

What are my shipping options?

We offer 3 shipping options which will appear on your checkout page.

The options are:

Economy: Free shipping which delivers within 8-10 business days.

Standard: $9.90 which delivers within 3-4 business days.

Express: $24.90 which delivers within 1-2 business days.

Do you ship outside of the US?

No, we currently do not ship to locations outside of the US.

When will my order be shipped?

We try our best to ship your orders within 1-2 business days. There might be certain periods such as ongoing sales and promotions, when shipping may get slightly delayed.

What if my order never arrived?

If your order does not arrive at the estimated date, please send us an email at hello@monsoon-breeze.com.

You can also track your order using the tracking number provided with your order.

What if my order was damaged?

We are sorry that the order was damaged. Please contact us at hello@monsoon-breeze.com within 2 business days from receiving the order.

Please send us photos/videos of the damaged item when you contact us.

Garment Care

How do I care for Monsoon Breeze garments?

Our fabrics require extra care and love.

We recommend hand washing with cold water with like colors to ensure that your garments stay in their best shape for longer since many of them have prints, embroideries etc.

Please follow the instructions on the label for each garment.

Sizing

How do I correctly measure my size?

Please refer to the sizing guide provided for each item on our website.

Please measure your size as follows:

Bust: Measure around the back, under the arms and across the fullest part of the bust with a tape measure.

Waist: Measure around the waist, with the tape measure flat against the figure and snug but not too tight.

Hips: Measure over the fullest part of the hips, usually 21-23cm / 8-9” down from the waist.
